About the role
As a construction manager in Ingenjörsfirman's construction and property team in Blekinge, you will work on a consulting basis in the client's organization and operate from our office in Karlskrona. You will have great opportunities to work independently and make your own decisions on your projects.
You will be responsible for site monitoring, coordination between operations and production, finances, control work, scheduling, quality, environmental and occupational health matters.
Your construction projects can range from industrial building projects, public buildings, ice and swimming halls, hospital buildings and major residential projects. Regardless, we have experience from similar assignments in the company and are happy to share our knowledge.
At Ingenjörsfirman, there is an opportunity to work on large projects over extended periods, with government agencies and state authorities as clients.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking you with several years of experience independently leading and coordinating construction projects.
Requirements
Good experience in planning, leading and coordinating construction projects.
Good understanding of the construction process and industry and regulatory requirements and how to work in production.
Good experience in coordination in production and leading work between client and contractor.
Good experience in project documentation management.
Driver's license.
Merits
Experience working as a consultant or client.
Experience in construction or installation management.
Qualifications in BAS-P.
We view relevant education positively – for example a civil engineering degree or a three-year construction engineering degree.
