About the role: As an outdoor sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team and drive your own sales. You visit homeowners in their homes, analyze their energy needs, and present customized solutions in solar panels, battery storage, and energy-efficient windows. You become the customer's advisor throughout the entire process – from the first meeting to completed deal. When you start with us, you'll receive comprehensive onboarding, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to succeed in the role. Who are you? We're looking for someone with a valid driver's license and flexibility with working hours. As a person, you are social, driven, and self-motivated. You're comfortable meeting new people and have an easy time building trust. If you're not already a born salesperson, you want to learn and develop a career in sales.
