About the role: As an outdoor sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team and drive your own sales. You visit homeowners in their homes, analyze their energy needs, and present customized solutions in solar panels, battery storage, and energy-efficient windows. You become the customer's advisor throughout the entire process – from the first meeting to the completed deal. When you start with us, you'll receive thorough onboarding, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to succeed in the role. Who are you? We're looking for someone who has a B-class driver's license and is flexible with working hours. As a person, you are social, driven, and self-motivated. You are confident meeting new people and you have an easy time building trust. If you're not already a salesperson at heart, you want to learn and develop a career in sales.
