You're about to complete your HR degree. Now you want to gain the experience that makes a difference when you enter the job market. We're looking for an HR student to join us at Kraftplan. An HR student in your third year of university who wants to experience what it's really like to work in the HR profession behind the scenes. During your final year of studies, you'll have the opportunity to support our HR consultants in client projects alongside your coursework, working in leadership, workplace environment, organizational development, and HR. You'll test your knowledge in practice, develop your professional confidence, and build a CV that stands out. We're looking for someone who is: Curious and engaged. Independent and accustomed to taking initiative. Interested in people, organizations, and development. Ready to learn more than what textbooks can offer. Who are we?
