PROJECT MANAGER
Project Implementation Division
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of road renovation, reconstruction, and new construction projects.
Represent the client's interests in contracts with partners during the construction process.
Participate in project procurement commissions.
Provide opinions, recommendations, and consultations on road construction technology and quality control matters.
Participate in the development and improvement of methodological materials and guidelines.
Ensure documentation circulation and coordination of construction projects, including preparing information in English for international partners.
Provide clarifications, information, and responses to cooperating and supervisory institutions.
Requirements for Candidates:
Higher education in transport construction specialization.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the road construction sector.
Skills to coordinate and oversee the execution of construction projects in accordance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements.
Knowledge of transport construction design, construction, and supervision, with the ability to apply it in practice.
Understanding of project management and task management tools principles.
Knowledge of regulatory acts governing road construction.
Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills.
Ability to apply professional knowledge and develop it further.
State language proficiency at C1 level.
English language proficiency at least B2 level for communication with international professional organizations within job responsibilities.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
Category B driving license.
