WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH: monitoring the lawfulness of the construction process in accordance with applicable regulations; performing construction work inspections in Ķekavas novads territory; checking the safety of structures accepted into operation; organizing the acceptance of structures into operation, assessing the readiness of structures for operation, as well as compliance with the building project and applicable construction regulations; survey structures on-site and issue certificates regarding the non-existence of structures and certificates for determining structure status; provide consultations (written/oral) to natural and legal persons on matters within your competence. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: higher education in the construction field in a civil engineer study program; independent practice rights in the construction field in the civil engineer profession; independent practice in the construction field of no less than five years after receiving a construction specialist certificate (such practice must be acquired within the last 10 years); no construction specialist certificate has been revoked in the last five years due to professional conduct violations that caused or could have caused harm to human life, health, or the environment; no guilt has been established in the last two years in accordance with the law for committing a criminal offense related to bribery, bribe-giving, bribe appropriation, bribery intermediation, accepting unauthorized benefits, or commercial bribery; to conclude an employment contract, the candidate must be registered in the building inspectors register; knowledge of applicable regulations governing construction matters; ability to analyze large amounts of information and work independently; good skills in working with MS Office programs; Category B driver's license.
