Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In the role of store associate, you'll work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chap. 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

Recruiting is done on a rolling basis, so we'd appreciate it if you send your application as soon as possible. This position is a temporary contract for 20 hours per week, starting immediately, but at most until May 30, 2027. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, daytime shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
