You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You're passionate about delivering great service every day. In your role as a retail sales associate, you'll work in a varied way with all the different tasks that are part of daily store operations. This includes tasks such as: • Unpack all goods and ensure the shelves are well-stocked • Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products • Keep the store clean and fresh • Serve customers at the checkout • And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best shopping experience! We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success. • We see it as a plus if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry • You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change • You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing • Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, ch. 8 and appendix 2), you must be 18 years old You'll work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community.
