Retail Sales Associate at our Moomin Arabia Store at Stockholm Arlanda

We are looking for a retail sales associate for our Moomin Arabia store at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. This position is 14 hours/week where you will work every other weekend. As a sales associate with us, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives the best possible service - Passion for Selling. We believe you are a results-oriented, driven person who loves customer interaction. You are flexible, attentive, and want to develop in direct customer sales. We are the best in Sweden in the retail sector at customer interactions (Better Business-index 2023). Main Responsibilities • Personal sales and customer service - we will train you in our successful sales tool Passion for Selling. • Cash register work • Stock picking and restocking merchandise • Daily store maintenance • Participation and monitoring of store key performance indicators • Being a good company ambassador and preserving the history of our brands Education/Requirements • Experience in retail is an asset, preferably in design, interior design, or fashion where customer service sense is of utmost importance. • Fluent Swedish and English in speech & writing is required; additional languages are an asset. • Store hours are 05:00 to 21:00 year-round.
