Retail Sales Associate at Specsavers Are you curious about learning more about optics and eye health? Then we have the perfect job for you. We are now looking for a retail sales associate who wants to be part of the team at Specsavers. This position is a temporary contract at 100% until March 30, 2027. Start date is flexible and by agreement, preferably between October 1 and November 1, 2026. The store's opening hours are weekdays 08:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00. We follow the Retail Collective Agreement. Work is scheduled on a rotating basis with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. Your responsibilities You don't need any prior experience in optics – we provide you with thorough training through hands-on instruction in the store combined with digital courses. After your introduction, you'll become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye exams, and tell customers about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and wants to return, while being an ambassador for Specsavers' mission to make better eye health accessible to everyone.
