In your role as a sales associate, you'll learn and develop in areas including: Customer Focus and Service As a sales associate, you'll take care of our customers and members and be our most important face to the public. It's a fast pace, and no two days will be alike. Sales and Cash Handling Much of your time as a sales associate involves serving customers at the checkout. This includes both food sales and preparation, as well as vehicle rentals and car wash services. Store and Retail Operations When we say varied job duties, we really mean it. The role also includes tasks such as cleaning the pump area and restrooms, as well as stocking and maintaining our refrigerated displays. As an on-call Retail Sales Associate, you won't have fixed scheduled shifts—you'll be called in when regular staff are absent. Work shifts are based on operational needs and vary in both length and time of day. The station is open weekdays between 06:00–22:00 and weekends between 08:00–22:00. Start date is by agreement. With an on-call position, you'll receive an hourly wage based on your previous service experience, in accordance with our collective agreement. The wage ranges from 164–198 kr/hour, plus additional compensation for work on public holidays, weekends, evenings, and nights.
