IMPORTANT! During the stores' vacation periods, we cannot hire and train staff, so it may take time before we hear from you and employment may not be relevant until the end of / after summer.
Key Information:
To be eligible for this position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed person with active F-tax registration. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement.
About the Role:
As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on assignment for MQ or Lindex, where you rotate between different stores within the chain as needed. You choose when you want to work by booking shifts through our convenient app, which gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. Work duties include personal sales on the floor, assisting in fitting rooms, cashier work, warehouse work, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store.
We Are Looking for You:
Have primary employment for at least one year going forward
Have previous experience in retail sales
Can work at least two shifts on weekday daytime per week, with the opportunity to also work evenings and weekends
Are flexible and can step in with short notice
Enjoy working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
Like to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to good team spirit
Appreciate variety and see it as educational to work in different stores
Are 18 years old or older and have completed upper secondary education
