About the Position As a retail sales associate, you are an important part of the customer experience. You meet customers in-store, by phone, and via e-mail, help them find the right solutions, and guide them through our range of products and services. You actively work with needs analysis, consultation, and upselling while contributing to keeping the store well-stocked, inspiring, and welcoming. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Provide professional and personal service to our customers. Work with sales and upselling of products and services. Perform basic framing work. Assist customers at our photo kiosks. Handle image services for digital and analog photos. Manage orders of analog film. Respond to incoming calls and e-mails. Handle customer orders and inquiries. Manage cash handling. Product display, price marking, and merchandising. Contribute to order, organization, and a pleasant atmosphere in the store and work areas. We're Looking for You You are service-minded and put the customer first. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You have experience in service work, preferably in retail. You have an interest in photography and ideally experience with analog photography. You have an understanding of image handling and different image formats such as JPEG, RAW, TIFF, and PNG. You are communicative, attentive, and solution-oriented. You are thorough, responsible, and organized. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have an eye for color, form, and aesthetics. Qualifications Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365. Understanding of digital image handling, resolution, and file formats. Meriting: Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar software. Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and pedagogical manner. Meriting Experience from retail. Experience with cash handling. Experience in a photo store or photo lab. Knowledge of analog cameras and film development.
