Retail Sales Associate for Staffing Pool - Lindex

We are now looking for more team members for our various Lindex stores in Värmland! As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our customers' retail chains. You will work primarily within one retail chain and rotate between different stores in the chain as needed. You book your own shifts quickly and easily via our app for the work periods that suit you and your schedule. Right now we are filling up our pool in Sunne, but it is advantageous if you can also work in Kristinehamn, Karlstad, Arvika, and Säffle. IMPORTANT! During the stores' vacation periods, we cannot hire and train staff, and therefore it may take time before you hear from us, and employment may not become available until the end of or after the summer. As a sales associate, you participate in all the store's regular tasks such as sales at the register and on the floor, customer service, warehouse, and picking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store. Important information: To be eligible for the position, you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or part-time employed at least 50%, or be self-employed with active F-tax registration.
