Your Role
As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing excellent service every day. In your role as a store associate, you get to work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, that extra touch to give our customers the best store experience!
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We view it positively if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be 18 years old

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 20 and 25 hours per week. As the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
