Your Role As an assistant store manager at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you, the customer always comes first. You are expected to be a role model in daily store operations and ensure that our stores maintain a high standard and exceed customer expectations every day. Beyond this, your role also includes being a good colleague and supporting the team toward great results. The role includes tasks such as: • Ensure and deliver excellent customer service in the store • Participate in daily work in an exemplary manner, which includes unpacking goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked, ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products, keeping the store clean and tidy, and serving customers at the checkout • Contribute to ensuring the store lives up to our core values of customer friendliness, product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and profitability • Support the training of new colleagues • Take greater responsibility for store operations including key performance indicators when the store manager and sales manager are not present Your Profile We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good sense of customer service, and is a skilled problem solver. You enjoy planning and leading work, and you are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success in a fast-paced environment.
