As an assistant store manager at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer always comes first. You are expected to be a role model in daily store operations and ensure that our stores maintain a high standard and exceed customer expectations every day. In addition, your role also includes being a good colleague and supporting the team to achieve great results. The role includes tasks such as: • Ensure and deliver excellent customer service in the store • Participate in daily work in an exemplary manner, which includes unpacking goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked, ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products, keeping the store clean and fresh, and assisting customers at the checkout • Contribute to the store living up to our core values of customer friendliness, product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and profitability • Support the training of new colleagues • Take greater responsibility for store operations, including key metrics, when the store manager and sales manager are not present We're looking for someone who is responsible, has a good sense of customer service, and is a skilled problem solver. You enjoy planning and leading work and are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success in a fast-paced environment.
