Retail Sales Associate with Media Responsibility at Silverknappen

Silverknappen is seeking a creative and engaged retail sales associate with responsibility for our social media and digital content. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a passion for service and sales, and is creative and interested in photography, film, and social media. Silverknappen works with Swedish jewelry design with a long history. In our stores, we meet customers seeking everything from gifts and personal jewelry to engagement and wedding rings. About the Position This role combines in-store sales with responsibility for marketing and content across our digital channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Sales and personal service in-store - Maintaining the store overall - Helping customers find the right jewelry and combinations - Photographing and filming products, the store, and our activities - Creating content for Instagram and Facebook - Planning and publishing posts, stories, and reels - Assisting with campaigns, ads, and marketing materials - Updating basic content on the website/web store - Participating in events, customer evenings, and other activities - Contributing new ideas on how Silverknappen can gain visibility and develop We're Looking for You If You're social, positive, and confident in customer interactions. You have an eye for color, form, and details and enjoy creating inspiring content. We'd love it if you: - Have experience in sales, retail, or customer service - Are interested in social media and digital marketing - Can photograph and film with a mobile phone or camera - Have experience with tools like Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, or similar - Can work independently and take your own initiative - Are thorough with a clear focus on quality - Have strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish - Are interested in design, fashion, and jewelry Previous marketing experience is a plus, but personality, creativity, and a willingness to develop are equally important to us.
