As a Sales Associate at the deli and fish counter at Coop Eriksberg, you are responsible for performing all common retail tasks and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the store and work according to Coop's guidelines, routines, and values. You are a key person in meeting customers and in creating a welcoming and inspiring store.
We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you meet many people every day. You take responsibility, collaborate well with others, and actively contribute to an inclusive work environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good physical fitness since the work may involve heavy lifting, and that you have a strong desire to learn and develop in your role.
Main responsibilities
Staffing the deli and fish counter
Ensure we always have an inspiring and sales-focused fish counter
Open and close the fish counter
Other tasks may include
Restocking and facing products
Handling complaints and grievances according to procedures
Quality control, cleaning, and organization in the store, storage, and staff areas
Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
Following waste and shrinkage procedures
Contributing to continuous improvements and a good work environment
Depending on store needs, you may also work with:
Product orders
Returns, receiving inspections, and packing slips
Price labeling and promotional signage
Price changes
This is a permanent position at 32 hours/week with a start date by agreement. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Work hours vary but are primarily scheduled during daytime. We use a probationary period.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
18 years of age is a requirement as we have certain machines with age restrictions
Experience as a cook or cold kitchen worker is highly desirable
Experience with recipes and calculations is highly desirable
Experience and skills from retail and/or other service professions are desirable
