As a store associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers and for you, the customer is always number one. You simply have a passion for providing great service every day. In your role as a store associate, you will work with a variety of different tasks that are part of daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpack all merchandise and ensure shelves are well stocked
• Ensure freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keep the store clean and fresh
• Serve customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that extra something to give our customers the best store experience!
We're looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and you are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward change
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the work tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

The position is a permanent employment with an introductory probation period of 25 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
