About the Job Position: Fixed-term employment for 3.75 hours until 2026-12-31. Start date: 2026-08-31 or by agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You Complete the Customer Experience You have the opportunity to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied—and ideally with an extra item in their cart and a good feeling! What Will You Do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with everything on their shopping list (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration). Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and attractive shelves. Contribute to order and cleanliness in the store—clean and neat is a given. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we are a team and help where needed! Who Are You? You are a natural problem solver who loves action and enthusiasm. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before—even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
