About the Job Position: Temporary contract for 26 hours per week until 2027-01-03. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You Put the Finishing Touch on the Customer Experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so that the customer finds what they're looking for in the store. You ensure that the customer leaves satisfied – and ideally with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling in their heart! What Will You Do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with everything on their shopping list (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work with stock replenishment and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and attractive shelves. Contribute to order and organization in the store – clean and neat is a given. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! Who Are You? You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys fast pace and energy. A friendly hello and a helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Excellent! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe you: Have a high school diploma and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and think service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done – and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done! What Do You Get?
