About Your Café
The Your Café brand is owned and managed by four companies: Stigs Café och Bageri AB, Agdas Café i Apladalen, Bernts Konditori AB, and Bernards Konditori AB. Under the brand, we operate 9 cafés and one production facility/office located in Gnosjö. We conduct business at five locations within Jönköpings County and employ around 70 employees.
Our business idea is to be the market leader locally, offering locally produced bakery, pastry, and restaurant products in an attractive environment with high quality, personal service, and customer focus. We work according to our core values of joy, quality, and commitment, and we are convinced that the greatest success is achieved through well-functioning teamwork.

About You
We are looking for a retail sales associate to cover for an employee who will be on maternity leave. We seek someone who is stress-tolerant, responsible, and action-oriented. You have a genuine passion for service, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should feel confident taking independent responsibility and have the ability to quickly handle unexpected situations. We seek someone who always has a smile ready to create a positive experience for both guests and colleagues.
Since you will need to be alcohol responsible at certain shifts, you must be over 20 years old for this position according to the alcohol service law:
We follow the age requirement of Chapter 8, Section 18 of the Alcohol Act.
Your Tasks
In your role as a retail sales associate, you will work together with your colleagues to manage the daily operations of the store (such as inventory, alcohol handling, and ordering). You are creative, dare to think outside the box, and test new ideas to develop the business.
You will work with your colleagues to handle the cash register and meet customers daily. You have a strong genuine passion for service and ensuring customers have the best experience with us.
We also continuously work with events and conferences, which will be a natural part of your work. Working mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends is a natural part of the job; the position currently includes every third weekend.
What We Offer
We offer you independent, developing, and educational work with good salary and employment conditions. The position is at 80%.
The position is currently a temporary assignment for 1-1.5 years.
