About the Job
Position type: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement.
Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
You'll be the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling!
What will you do?
Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
Work with customer service and over-the-counter sales in our manual fish and delicatessen department.
Work with merchandise restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization.
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed!
Who are you?
You're a natural problem solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in food and enjoy sharing tips and ideas? Great! If you've worked with fish & delicatessen before or have cold cuts training – even better!
We believe you:
Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too.
Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
Are curious, solution-oriented, and notice when something needs to be done and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
