About the Job
Position type: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start date: September 28, 2026, or by agreement.
Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
You Complete the Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. It could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves happy—and ideally with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration).
Work with restocking, orders, and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and appealing shelves.
Contribute to offering our customers fresh and inspiring fresh produce departments.
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we are a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem-solver who likes energy and drive. A friendly greeting and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Excellent! If you've worked in retail before—even better!
We believe you:
Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too.
Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
Are curious, solution-oriented, and notice when something needs to be done—and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
