About the Job Position type: Part-time employment as needed. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should make sure the customer leaves satisfied – and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration). Work with product restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization. Work at the checkout and self-checkout, including customer service transactions. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed! Who are you? You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and a helpful hand are self-evident to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Awesome! If you've worked in retail before – even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
