About the Job This position is: A temporary contract for 20 hours per week until October 31, 2026. Start date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of this role. We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to workplace safety regulations, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the Deli Department. You're the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied—and ideally with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work with customer service and over-the-counter sales in our manual deli department. Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and organization. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we're a team and help where needed! Who are you? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly greeting and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before—even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy working together and bring energy and joy.
