Retail Salesperson - Bike Shop Full-Time

At Cykelverket's location, sales and repair services have been conducted for many decades, and we are now seeking staff to meet the demand for both bicycle and accessory sales as well as workshop repairs. We are a small, family-oriented company that works closely together with a strong focus on service and quality. We are now looking for a Retail Salesperson to start immediately who will work with our staff in the shop. The position is full-time until further notice. Your responsibilities will be varied and numerous: - Greet customers and conduct sales of bicycles and accessories. - Receive repair requests and write service orders for the workshop. - Perform minor repairs/assembly of accessories for customers on-site. - Ensure the shop maintains high standards with displays and products, etc. What we are looking for: - Cheerful and positive, service-minded - Preferably an interest in bicycles in general - Practically inclined, experience working on bikes - Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written If you want to work at a smaller shop that prioritizes close customer relationships and a pleasant atmosphere, we are the right fit for you. The position is full-time until further notice with a 6-month probationary period.
