About the Job
Position: Full-time temporary contract until August 31, 2027
Start Date: August 18, 2026 or by agreement.
Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.
You'll Perfect the Customer Experience
You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves happy – and preferably with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling!
What Will You Do?
Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
Work with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
Work with customer orders, restocking, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and organization.
Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly greeting and an extra helping hand are self-evident to you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Great! If you have previous experience from a bakery/confectionery – even better!
We believe you:
Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too.
Previous experience/education in baking or confectionery is a merit.
Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy.
Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done – and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
