As a retail sales associate at Lidl, you have a key role! You're the face of our store to our customers, and for you the customer is always number one. You're simply passionate about providing great service every day. In the role as a retail sales associate, you get to work with a variety of different tasks that are part of our daily store operations.
This includes tasks such as:
• Unpacking all merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you're driven to work results-oriented and contribute to the store's success.
• We see it as positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You're flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude toward changes
• You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing
• Based on the nature of the tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, chapter 8 and appendix 2), you must be at least 18 years old

This is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 5 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
