We're looking for you who likes food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Umeå Rådhusesplanaden! In short, the position involves helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week; a probation period applies.
Start date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education; good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About you

It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
