About the Job
We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Sollentuna Tureberg! The position, in short, means that you contribute to helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Permanent employment at 12 hours per week; probation period applies.
Start Date: September 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education; good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but per the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders, plan sales, and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability targets.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
