About the Job
We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Saltsjöbaden C! In short, the position means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 8 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start date: 2026-08-17 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring that the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
