About the Job
We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales—to join our great team at Willys Hemma Nora Prästgatan! In short, this job means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.
Job Details: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement.
Work Hours: You'll work varying shifts—early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work.

Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the daily store operations—ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
