About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Halmstad Söndrum! In short, the position means you contribute to making it possible for our customers to shop good and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
