Shop Assistant for Key Service – Uppsala

Are you meticulous, service-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where structure and customer interaction are in focus? We are now seeking a Shop Assistant for key service at our client in Uppsala for a full-time position starting immediately. We are looking for someone who wants to work with the sale of lock-related products and key management in connection with move-ins and move-outs. You will be an important part of the client's daily operations and will have frequent contact with tenants and other customers. This assignment is initially 6 months, as the client will digitalize parts of the work tasks moving forward. Job Responsibilities Receive and hand out keys to tenants Sell lock-related products over the counter Ensure correct receipts and registrations Provide excellent customer service in the shop Answer phone calls and emails Handle other administrative tasks related to key management Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time, 100% Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 Placement: Client's shop premises in central Uppsala, 100% physical presence at the location Assignment: Initially 6 months Employment: Consultant position through StudentConsulting WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who is: Meticulous, organized, and responsible Service-oriented and professional in customer interactions Stress-resistant and comfortable handling many customers during shorter periods Solution-oriented and flexible Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Comfortable with administrative tasks and using a computer as a work tool For this position, you must also be able to provide a certificate from the criminal record register.
