Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in work where structure and customer contact are central? We are now seeking a Retail Worker for key service at our client in the south of Stockholm for a full-time position starting immediately. We are looking for you to work with the sale of lock-related products and key management in connection with move-ins and move-outs. You will be an important part of the client's daily operations and will have frequent contact with tenants and other customers. The assignment is initially 6 months, as the business will digitalize parts of the work tasks going forward. Work Tasks Receive and hand out keys to tenants Sale of lock-related products over the counter Ensure correct receipts and registrations Provide excellent customer service in the store Answer calls and emails Handle other administrative tasks related to key management Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time, 100% Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 Placement: Client's retail location in Sätra, 100% physical presence at the office Assignment: Initially 6 months Employment: Consultant assignment via StudentConsulting WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Customer-focused and professional in customer interactions Stress-resilient and comfortable handling many customers during short periods Solution-oriented and flexible Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Comfortable with administrative tasks and using computer as a work tool For this position, you must also be able to provide a criminal record extract.
