About the Job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Mönsterås Spolen, which will soon open! The job is, in short, about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Varying levels of employment in different employment arrangements. Trial employment applies for permanent positions. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You will meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
