About the Job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Stockholm Älvsjö! In short, this job means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. This position is: Temporary contract, 32 hours per week through 2027-03-31. Start date: 2026-09-01 or by agreement. Work schedule: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations in the grocery section, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
