About the Job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Lycksele Furuvik! The job simply means that you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation period applies. Start date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and handing out e-commerce goods. You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. It's an advantage if you have worked in a store or with customer service, but it's not a requirement. You speak, write, and understand Swedish.
