About the Job
We're looking for you if you like food, people, and sales, and want to be part of our great team at Willys Åhus Rondellen! In short, the position means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start Date: By agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the colonial department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and fulfillment of e-commerce items.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store meeting its sales and profitability targets.

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
