About the Job
We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Jönköping Råslätt! In short, the position involves helping our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices.
Position details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start date: 2026-08-24 or by agreement.
Work schedule: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After some time, you will also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
