About the Job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Helsingborg Berga! The position, in short, means you'll help our customers shop for quality and sustainable food at really good prices. Position Details: Temporary position of 32 hours per week until August 31, 2027. Start Date: September 14, 2026 or by agreement. Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but per the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After some time, you'll also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
