As a Retail Associate, you will take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they are looking for.
You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and neat in our store.
Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensure we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of the chain toward an inspiring store experience.
The position is: Permanent employment of 26 hours per week, trial employment applies.
Start Date: 2026-08-24 or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
That you are interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and that sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Retail Associate at Hemköp:
That you work well in a team, are thorough and quality-conscious. Also, you should enjoy when the pace is high.
Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture.
With reference to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
