As a Store Associate, you will take significant responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for.
You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You will be an important part of creating an inspiring shopping experience.
Position Details: Permanent employment at 10 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start Date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What We Expect
A passion for food, enjoying working with customers, and an interest in sales are prerequisites for this role. Below you can see what else we expect from you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:
You should be comfortable working in a team, be thorough and quality-conscious. You should also thrive when the pace is high.
Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the bigger picture.
Pursuant to the Work Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
