About the job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Stockholm Fridhemsplan! The position, in short, means that you contribute to making it possible for our customers to shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Temporary contract, 26 hours per week until June 13, 2027. Start date: By agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the position: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh food department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You greet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
