We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Sölvesborg Kämpaslätten! In short, the job means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position offers: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probation applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good proficiency in Swedish (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
