About the Job
We're looking for you—someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to join our great team at Willys Sollentuna Häggvik! Simply put, the role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position Details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies.
Start Date: September 1, 2026 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but pursuant to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you'll handle the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department—making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, good judgment, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
