In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start date: By agreement. Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Here's a bit more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You meet our customers with knowledge, good judgment, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders and plan sales, as well as help the store meet its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
