In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Permanent employment, 26 hours per week. Trial employment applies. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary school education, strong Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations in the fresh produce department—making sure the store is well-stocked and looks great. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. After some time, you'll also place orders and plan sales, plus help the store reach its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not required.
